Not being really familiar with cigar box ukuleles, I contacted Kit with some questions, which he answered promptly, politely, and honestly. When Ernie arrived (safely packaged and in fine form after his cross-country trip), I was delighted to see that he was even more awesomely cute in person than in his pictures. He is solidly built with nice attention to detail. He also has a soft, sweet voice and is quite easy to play. It seems to amaze everyone who has seen him that something so small and charming to look at could make such nice music. I am honored to own one of these unique instruments"
